• Continue emailing recipients who have unsubscribed from your list

2.2 Illegal Content

You must NOT use our Service to send, store, or promote content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Promotes illegal activities including drugs, weapons, or prohibited substances
• Contains child exploitation material or similar illegal content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Violates data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

2.3 Malicious Activities

You must NOT:

• Send emails containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Conduct phishing attacks or fraudulent schemes
• Use our Service to defraud or deceive recipients
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

2.4 Abusive Content

You must NOT send content that:

• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Is defamatory or libelous
• Contains adult or sexually explicit material (unless compliant with applicable laws and clearly age-gated)

2.5 Service Abuse

You must NOT:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service

3. Required Practices

3.1 Consent and Permission

• You must have explicit permission from all recipients before sending them emails
• You must maintain records of how subscribers opted in to your list
• You must honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

3.2 Transparency

• Your emails must accurately identify the sender
• Subject lines must not be misleading or deceptive
• You must include a valid physical address in your emails
• You must provide a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

4.1 Our Rights

VikVek reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy
• Investigate suspected violations
• Review content and subscriber engagement metrics
• Take immediate action if we believe there is a violation

4.2 Enforcement Actions

If you violate this Policy, we may:

• Issue a warning for minor or first-time violations
• Temporarily suspend your account while investigating
• Immediately terminate your account for severe violations
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
• Forfeit your subscription without refund for any remaining period

4.3 No Refunds for Violations

Important: If your account is terminated due to a violation of this Policy, you will immediately forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund. This includes both recurring subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating this Policy, please report it to:

6. User Rights

If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or terminated:

• You may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@vikvek.fi
• We will review your case and respond within 10 business days
• Our decision following the review is final

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or service announcement.
