WordPress Plugin Setup
- Download and install the "Newsletter Billing" plugin on your WordPress site.
- Go to the plugin settings page in your WordPress admin.
- Enter your API Key (found on your Dashboard).
- Save settings. The plugin will verify your connection.
Common Issues
Emails not sending?
Check your credit balance. If you are out of credits, emails will not send. Also verify your "Sender" email is verified.
Plugin says "Invalid API Key"?
Double check you copied the key correctly. If issues persist, contact support.
Affiliate credits not received?
Credits are only awarded when the referred user makes a qualifying purchase (Subscription or 1000+ credits top-up).
