Learn how to integrate and use the VikVek Newsletter API.

WordPress Integration

  1. Log in to your VikVek dashboard and copy your API Key.
  2. Install the "VikVek Newsletter" plugin on your WordPress site.
  3. Paste your API key in the plugin settings.
  4. Use the provided shortcode or Gutenberg block to add the subscription form to your site.

Common Issues & Solutions

Emails going to spam?

Ensure you have verified your sender identity and configured SPF/DKIM records if using custom SMTP.

"Invalid API Key" error?

Check that you copied the complete key without any leading or trailing spaces. You can regenerate it in Settings.

Subscribers not receiving confirmation emails?

Check your remaining credit balance. The system requires at least 1 credit to send the confirmation email.
